Or is it?  This photo challenge has started something in me again, something that I haven't had in a long time.  It's the joy of taking photos, capturing that moment, and seeing the finished product in your head as you're taking them.  I don't think this will be the end for me...

Day 28 - Obsession

My little boy has two obsessions in life - one is Buzz Lightyear and the other is hockey.  Every week we go to Prospera Centre and he patiently awaits to get on the ice, I think he would live there if he could.

Day 25 - Planning makes......

WHATEVER.  Jenna won tickets from her school to the Bruins game tonight, and we got front row tickets that were perfect for some action shots.  I charged up the batteries, off loaded my pics from my card onto my laptop and off we went.  Once the game started I turned my camera on and realized my card WAS STILL IN MY LAPTOP :|

Day 24 - It's all about the shoes

I LOVE CONVERSE SHOES...especially on boys. So when Brayden got these and announced they were his favorite I couldn't contain myself.  I have always wanted to do a cool shoe shot - so voila!

Day 16 - The calm before the snow...

The rumor is - is that the snow is on it's way.  So I knew I needed to get out there and get some shots of the 8 MILLION leaves I have in my backyard before they get clovered in fluffy stuff.  I wanted to make todays photos all original, with no color editing.  So what you see is what I took.

Day 14 - My best friend

After getting 2.5 hours of sleep last night, my relationship with caffene has strengthened.  Once the kids go to bed and I get my "me time" it always involves me and my starbucks mug and some peace and quiet. So with my mood tonight - today is blah.

I took todays photo, and then souped it up a bit in my photo program for coloring and I love what came out.  I love flowers more though, even if I have to buy them for myself.  One day I won't have to - but until then...

Today feels like the longest day ever - it was a great day, just felt like I did a weeks worth of work.  Therefore I had no "photo mojo" today.  Tried a couple of things, played with a bunch of settings but this is the best I could come up with for the day.
